Was at Docs today with Dex about his skin again, just a wee check-up to see how he's doing. asked about sun cream and what kind to use. She asked "oh where are you going?" just to Ayr we said, and she burst out laughing!!! she thought we were going to somewhere hot because we were asking about cream!
helped Kai for about 2 hrs with his project which is due in tomorrow, usual Kai, waiting till the last minute. remind you of anyone?
no work done in the garden today, Steven was tired and went to bed for 2hrs at 1pm today, by the time he got back out of bed i had to go to the centre for some things for our hollipop's on Monday. we're going to the caravan for 4 days, Dex's first holiday!

ReplyDeleteOkay, right, well first of all about them being bored - that was the joke. Many of my blogs are written from the perspective of the reader getting what the writer doesn't see. Example is an entry in Adrian Mole when he writes "My Dad's old girlfriend Doreen Slater is pregnant - I wonder who the father is." And they weren't bored actually, if you knew the kids you'd agree.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, right, about the prescription, correct, that was my error and I paid the price for making it by having to wait for ages - so that's all fair enough IMHO. No need to stoop to 'typical male' comments, you should be above that. Typical Woman.
