on the go

ive hardly stopped all day today.
got up, saw to Dex and got Kai off to school. waited till Dex fell asleep so i could get into the bath. as soon as i got in, bloody Murray started barking and woke Dex up!! luckily, he woke in a good mood and i didnt have to get out straight away. had breakfast (porridge) then got ready to go down to Rachel's for a wee while before i had to leave to come back home to take Steven to work. Rachel made a nice lunch, and Mandy had a wee birthday gift for me. so nice of her.
got home took Steven to work, came back in, fed Dex then Kai came home. pottered about doing the housework then put dinner on.
ive realised i really have to get back into my healthy eating again properly. over the past week ive had 2 Indian takeaways and went out for Chinese. didnt want to be a party pooper and not have any, well thats my excuse anyway. tomorrow ill be back on track, dont want to stop now! im determined to be able to wear bikinis again in the back garden (no one can see in) when the summer comes. hope we have a better one than last year!!!
